The estimate is a guide only, not a quotation. Costs are calculated based on national average metre rates, adjusted for the East of England, and are set at base-to-mid level specifications. Costs vary with design, materials, ground conditions and market prices. We’d be happy to talk through what’s realistic for your home and your preferred design.
